As we approach the last 3 months of the year, we want to ensure you're ready to make an impact by donating or volunteering with our incredible Causes. We’ve gathered some useful tips from feedback and our own stats to help you become the best volunteer or donor you can be!

🗣️. Respond to Causes Within 5 Days: Our Causes work tirelessly to make a difference, and they rely on timely responses. When a volunteer or donor stops communicating after showing interest, it can cause them to miss out on opportunities. Help them by responding within 5 working days Causes also have 5 days to respond to you!

❓. Ask Questions to Find the Right Fit: If you're interested in a need but unsure, don’t hesitate to ask questions. Make sure you’re comfortable with the details before committing to volunteer or donate.

📧 . Check your emails: Regularly check your emails if you've reached out to a Cause, Causes respond via the dashboard and you get an email notification so you can respond. This helps both of you stay connected and complete your volunteer/donation tasks smoothly.

🔔. Notify the Cause If Plans Change: Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you can’t follow through on a volunteer or donation commitment, inform the Cause as soon as possible. They plan carefully and need to make adjustments when volunteers or donors can’t make it.
